The College is famous for its high tradition of sports and games. Sports are conducted under the aegis of the Physical Education Department of the College. The department runs a three-year UGC-accredited degree course in Physical Education. The department admits 40 students every year. Students play and practice in the adjoining Football ground, Handball ground, Basketball court, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, throwing and jumping pits, track and field meets etc. Each year, a large number of students represent the college in the inter-college and inter-university meets comes out with flying colours.
